We are a transnational and LGBTQIA+-inclusive team. Candidates who are Black, Indigenous, or People of Color are encouraged to apply. We work with Chronically Capable and welcome applications from people with disabilities and chronic illnesses. We also work with formerly incarcerated and formerly undocumented authors and welcome applications from people with this lived experience. All members of Team Unicorn have access to the full spectrum of Unicorn Authors Club craft talks and curricula.
